The ELYX story

once upon a time...

ELYX is an extraordinary artistic challenge!

Can a fictional character have an impact on our real lives?

In 2011, Yacine Aït Kaci created ELYX, which has gradually come to life. ELYX will first become a celebrity on social networks, then in 2015, he will be appointed the first and only Digital Ambassador of the United Nations.

Also in 2015, ELYX will embody the release of the Agenda 2030 and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Yacine Aït Kaci will be the guest artist at COP21 - ELYX is then at the negotiating table of the Paris Agreements.

The artistic project has become unquestionably political.

ELYX has entered its second decade and continues its road to autonomy. Having left its traditional notebook behind, it is now evolving in the metavers - these interconnected worlds between augmented, virtual and real life realities.

Where will ELYX be in a few years?
ELYX will surely be driven by an autonomous intelligence and pursue its commitments in a changing world.

ELYX MUSEUM

ELYX celebrated its 10th anniversary during the lockdown. ELYX redoubled its ingenuity to celebrate this anniversary by developing the first art space on Spatial.io.

The ELYX MUSEUM was inaugurated by the UN on 21 April 2021, the International Day of Creativity and Innovation.

THE MISSION

When the strategist places the sketch at the heart of his design, he illustrates the paradox of a weapon as powerful as it seems harmless. With its joyful, universal language, ELYX takes the stakes out of the equation, and everyone in between. ELYX is our travelling companion to 2030.

At ELYX, we believe that Culture is crucial in creating links between human beings and in their representations and imaginations of the future. Cultural objects speak to the mind and sensitize the heart.

We are optimistic about regenerating the world. Our plan for this shared success is simple: achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and implement individual mitigation and adaptation to climate change.

We are convinced that emerging technologies - AI, metavers, blockchain... - bring many opportunities for the development of organizations and the fulfillment of individuals, while exerting less pressure on the Planet.

The ELYX Foundation, under the aegis of the Bullukian Foundation, houses ELYX's special link with the United Nations, as well as an Advocacy and Education program.

The Agency helps players to design, implement and produce the Culture of the Future and the Future of Culture.

The team

Behind ELYX is Yacine AIT KACI. ياسين آيت كاسي

Yacine has been a digital artist since 1998. He has designed and produced over 30 immersive installations and award-winning shows worldwide. An inventor and futurist, Yacine patented projection mapping in 2003. One of those people whose actions embrace humanity, Yacine was named GoalKeeper by the Gates Foundation in 2022.

In 2018, Yacine joins forces with Adeline PILON. أديلين بيلون

Adeline is a recognized and passionate expert in Arts and Culture. She has more than 10 years' cultural experience in business and finance, media and technology, research and sustainable development.
